Being fit and healthy should be something that is accessible & achievable for EVERYONE.
No matter if you've never exercised in your life before, or whether you have an impairment that makes it feel impossible, or you feel intimidated by the overflow of testosterone at the gym, or you just need that extra push - I will find the way, that's unique to you, to support & help you feel amazing in your own body.

PERSONAL // TRAINING
Working out of the multi-award winning StudioForty6 studio, I offer one on one & small group personal training. Our top of the range and innovative facilities enable me to train a diverse range of clients and allows me to tailor a training program unique to you to make sure you reach your individual health goals.
The most important thing to me is to provide a safe and empowering space for everyone. A space where there is no judgement, only support and motivation. A space where everyone's potential is encouraged, irrelevant of their medical background, sexual orientation, cultural or gender identity.
While open to clients of all descriptions, I specialise in training those who have, or have had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or similar conditions. Having been through the throes of CFS myself, I can provide empathy, patience, and a deep understanding to clients going through similar circumstances.
Everyone has the right to making their health and fitness dreams a reality, and I’d love to support you along your journey!


Saturdays 9am - 9:45am
45 minutes of strength and core training, suitable for all fitness levels.
GRAVITY46 sessions strengthen not only muscles but the connective tissue - your fascia, ligaments and tendons. The perfect workout for working on strong, long and lean muscles.
A great class for anyone whose body doesn't cope well with high intensity exercise, but still wants to sweat and feel the burn the next day!

45 minutes of low intensity, whole body movement, suitable for beginners to exercise.
This non-judgemental group session is specifically for people who are just starting their fitness journey, have chronic illnesses or need to take things slow.
Working on all the major muscle groups but at your own pace, with no pressure.
