Love your body.

SO many people want to start exercising for some kind of negative reason. Because they think they ‘look fat’, or they don’t fit into that little black dress anymore, or they don’t feel confident in how they look naked, or they feel that noone will find them attractive unless they have the perfect butt or shredded pecs.
If this applies to you. Please. Stop.

Hating your body, whatever shape, size, big or small, is not going to help you. If motivation is what you’re after, stop looking at all these magazines of celebs with ‘perfect’ beach bodies & aspiring to look just like them. Because I’ll tell you something right now – you will NEVER look like that. Why? Because that is not your body, it’s someone else’s.
Stop focusing on the negative & start getting motivation from the positive. Like how amazing your body is. Seriously. Just sit & think for a minute about how incredible it really is. What it is capable of, what it endures every day, what experiences it allows you to have. It deserves to be loved, not hated.
So change your mindset. Instead of exercising because you hate the way your body looks, start exercising because you love what your body does. It deserves to be fit & healthy. It deserves to be looked after. YOU deserve to be fit & healthy. YOU deserve to be looked after. Concentrate on that & the rest will happen anyway, I promise.
