Well. What a year it's been. By far my most challenging to date, both physically and emotionally. The theme of my 2015 was definitely 'staying strong' & by some miracle I got to the end of it doing just that.

I just had a read of my post from last year and was kind of taken a back when I realised that throughout the struggles of the year past, I've actually managed to acheive pretty much everything I set out to!

I completed my personal training qualification & some extra ones too.

I now work as a personal trainer & fitness coach at the amazing StudioForty6 & absolutely love getting up in the morning to go to work for the first time in my life!

I've continued to work on my own health and fitness. The first year in over 10 in which CFS hasn't stopped me from being able to study or work or had me in bed for weeks on end! Cannot explain how big that is for me!

2015 also saw me moving house, realising the changes my body has gone through on my journey to being stronger, running my first 10km, being so proud of all the girls I trained, enjoying the scenery on my many jogs, taking lots of #yestosweatyselfies, pushing our bootcampers with StudioForty6 in the mornings & coming out the other end with a smile on my face :)

So what does 2016 have in store for me?

1. Continue to educate myself through courses & opportunities to keep my knowledge as a fitness coach forever growing.

2. Run a half marathon!

3. Get my body & mind to a stage where CFS no longer makes me doubt what I can & can't do.

4. Really get on top of what I eat & how that affects my body.

5. Enjoy! Enjoy the rewards of all the hard work of the last few years without my body plotting against me :)

What will your 2016 be all about?

Whatever your goals are, I wish you all the strength, health & happiness you need to make them happen!

Here's to an amazing 2016!
